Me, Myself and I! Not...

Great speech by the only "Socialist" in the U.S. Congress today:

Some two million Americans are losing their unemployment benefits this holiday season (including myself) and some members of Congress are in panic mode. Why? Is it out of concern for those who've fallen victim to the consequences of bankster's reckless greed and the resultant chronic unemployment? No! These "representatives" are concerned about an expiration of tax cuts on the rich at year-end. Ultimately this is no problem, though, since the new Republican-majority Congress the American people elected in November will see to it that any effective increase in taxes on the wealthy will be done away with once they take office next year regardless. Thank Glenn Beck, America is saved!!!

Tis the season and the reason should be love and care for others, but who do Americans love in this day and age? Well, this news byte seems somewhat telltale:

Narcissistic personality disorder, characterized by an inflated sense of self-importance and the need for constant attention, has been eliminated from the upcoming manual of mental disorders, which psychiatrists use to diagnose mental illness. [SOURCE]

Narcissism can no longer be classified as a mental disorder in America because it's now the norm. It's all about me, myself and I! Right?

Wrong.

All that you have is a blessing from God and can be taken away tomorrow. Literally.

Cardinal Climax Update

A new article on Arch Crawford's outlook concerning the Cardinal Climax appeared today in MarketWatch.

Is "all hell" about to break loose? One veteran letter thinks so -- and it predicted the Crash of 2008.

Unlike almost everyone else, Arch Crawford's Crawford Perspectives had a fabulous 2008. ( See Jan. 9, 2009, column.) And when I last checked in with it in early 2010, Crawford was predicting a mid-summer massacre ( See Jan. 14 column.)

Well?

Now, in its monthly issue published in early July, Crawford predicts "ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE" -- beginning, as a matter of fact, on Monday July 26, 2010.

CONTINUE...

Of course, nothing of note happened today (stocks were up), but it is a mistake to pin the Cardinal Climax to any specific day. Bear in mind that the astrological configuration developing is over weeks and really started with the June 26th lunar eclipse with a key maximum this weekend:

The actual "effect", if one calls it that, would be in the wake of the alignment. For example, there were key, comparable planetary alignments in February of 1962, August of 1987 and May of 2000. The subsequent collapses in mass mood occurred in the weeks thereafter, i.e., the May Panic of '62, the October '87 stock market crash, the popping of the Dot.com bubble in 2000.

Interestingly, check out this crop circle that appeared on July 12th in the U.K.:

Here's a graphic depiction of the Cardinal Climax that's unfolding at this juncture:

I believe the key point being made to this world is that God, not man, is truly authoring history. While man is a co-creator and has the privilege of participating in the process, God is the ultimate Creator. Of course, the evidence of "Kremlin Astrology" seems to suggest that man is seeking to usurp God's authority, but apparently I'm back to put a stop to that.

Stock Market Crash Alert

According to the best wave count using the Elliott Wave Principle, we may be entering "wave 3 of 3 of 3" down in the first intermediate wave of Primary wave 3 down. If correct, this is suggestive of a panic of some sort, particularly if the Dow 10K mark is decisively breached.

Please read Robert Prechter's most recent Elliott Wave Theorist investment letter so that the point I'm seeking to make is more clear.

In a nutshell, financial economists and Elliott Wave analysts (socionomists) are both right and wrong. According to the Efficient Market Hypothesis, investors are unemotional and rational and the stock market follows a "random walk" as only unexpected new information, exogenous forces, result in price movements ("news" is completely relevant). According to Robert Prechter, investors are highly emotional and irrational and the stock market follows a deterministic Elliott Wave pattern as endogenous forces, i.e., herd instinct (genetic determinism), shape general price movements ("news" is completely irrelevant):

I believe the explanation for market behavior is in between, i.e., general price movements in the stock market are shaped by the mass emotional responses (endogenous force) to changing external information (exogenous) force. That what results unfolds according to a deterministic wave pattern that apparently underlies perceived reality suggests that collective human experience and E-MOTION (energy in motion) and the associated process of social change over time is being shaped by an omniscient, omnipresent Creator. Furthermore, that the underlying Elliott Wave pattern of historical change is fractal-based establishes that this truly is a holographic universe (emerging scientific proof):

In other words, the following Biblical passage is true: "Woe to him who quarrels with his Maker, to him who is but a potsherd among the potsherds on the ground. Does the clay say to the potter, 'What are you making?' Does your work say, 'He has no hands'?" [Isaiah 45:9]

As for what the Creator is creating, I believe the meaning being spelled out for and by creatures in this "uni-verse" (one sentence = a unified form to express meaning) is true love, which unfortunately sometimes requires the discipline of the "Refiner's Fire":

The question is whether or not man will at last "get it" at this critical historical juncture.

The Meaning of the Universe

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. [Genesis 1:1]

He is the Originator of the heavens and the earth...[Surat al-Anam: 101]

In the Beginning, at the Moment of Creation, there was pure Energy as everything was created from nothing. Per the First Law of Thermodynamics, this Energy has been neither created nor destroyed since the Beginning, it has simply changed form (E=mc^2).

But what form has the Energy taken?

Stephen Hawking, one of the greatest minds in Physics, looks back upon the universe in his book, "A Brief History Of Time", and writes: "It would be very difficult to explain why the universe should have begun in just this way, except as the act of a God who intended to create beings like us. (Hawking, p.127)"

An implication of Hawking's comment is that, if you don't believe in a Creator and maintain that the universe was born of a "Big Bang", then you have an "irrational faith" in luck. Why? Because it is, for all intents and purposes, impossible for the historical flow of events to have unfolded as they have by chance such that you exist as an intelligent being able to look back upon the universe and contemplate its meaning. Accordingly, a reasonable mind will believe the Beginning was the Moment of Creation and the Energy has been used to do the Creator's work ever since.

So what does the universe mean?

Let's first consider the word, "UNI"-"VERSE":

"UNI" may be defined as "one".

"VERSE" may be defined as "a sentence" (as in The Bible).

Thus, one way to think of the "UNIVERSE" is as it being "one sentence", i.e., A UNIFIED FORM OF EXPRESSION.

In this context, let's presume that the universe is not a product of freak luck and therefore unintelligible, but rather that the universe is, in fact, the meaningful work of an intelligent Creator, i.e., "God". (Hence our ability to comprehend it.)

What is the purpose of the universe in which we dwell?

If the universe is thought of as a sentence, the Creator of the universe is the Author of the sentence. I believe the purpose of the sentence being written by God in the form of the universe is to express His meaning to you. After all, the word "sentence" is derived from "sense". You are a sentient creature in the context of God's Creation and are therefore designed to sense the meaning of what God is authoring.

Now consider this. What is special about a sentence?

A sentence can be defined as: "a group of syntactically related words that states something". What's remarkable about a sentence is that the value, i.e., meaning, is greater than the sum of the parts. After all, the meaning of each word in a sentence, and each letter of each word, is of limited or no value in expressing the meaning of a sentence as a whole. Indeed, the meaning expressed is really derived from the RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN the letters and the words in unified form. The universe, IMHO, is no different, and we are each part of its meaning through our relationships with others and God's creation.

What is the meaning God is seeking to convey?

Now here's where things get confused.

So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. [Genesis 1:27]

Who are "you"?

In a general sense you are a "life form", i.e., a form of Energy drawn since the Moment of Creation. The form you have taken is derived from lessons learned through the interaction of "conscious being" between the past and the future over time. Much of what has been learned from your "life path" since the Beginning is encoded in the "sentence" of the human genome that makes "you". (For the devout secular believer, you are literally stardust that has fortuitously fallen into place over all time up to the moment you read this. The point of contention is whether your good fortune was divine providence or freak luck.)

So what do you do as a "human being"?

That which is "I", i.e., your conscious being, is always NOW. That being is in between the past and the future. That being CHOOSES the the course between the past and the future, i.e., your life path. More specifically, we choose from future possibilities based upon past realized possibilities as we author our own lives and, in turn, transform this world.

In this sense, you are an author of your life story as God is the Author of HIStory. You are both a creature and a creator. This is free will.

But how can this be?

Is human history authored according to God's Will or not?

That's up to you:

Will you choose a loving relationship with God and be a meaningful part of the eternal story your Author is writing?

Or will you misspell your life and be a meaningless, temporary mistake?

This is the life lesson of HIStory Christ is teaching.

The choice to take part is yours.

DOES THIS MAKE "SENSE" TO YOU?

"Woe to him who quarrels with his Maker, to him who is but a potsherd among the potsherds on the ground. Does the clay say to the potter, 'What are you making?' Does your work say, 'He has no hands'?

Woe to him who says to his father, 'What have you begotten?' or to his mother, 'What have you brought to birth?' [Isaiah: 45:9-10]
