Tomorrow is Elul 29 on the Hebrew calendar, the last day of the Jewish year 5774. Starting Thursday (actually at sunset tomorrow), a new Sabbatical year, the Jewish "Shemitah", will begin. Is this the 'End of the Age'?
THE MYSTERY OF THE SHEMITAH
Pastor Jonathan Cahn, a messianic Jewish Rabbi who leads Hope of the World ministries in New Jersey, just released a new book, The Mystery of the Shemitah, which focuses on the historical relationships between the Jewish "Shemitah", the Sabbatical year of rest that recurs every seven years on the Hebrew calendar, and economic and geopolitical crises.
Of particular note were the last two Shemitahs from September 30, 2000 to September 17, 2001 and from September 13, 2007 to September 29, 2008 (the Hebrew calendar year is based upon a lunar year). Both of these periods saw substantial reversals in the stock market and economy that were capped by major crashes on the very last day of the Jewish year, Elul 29.
Elul 29 has special significance to Jewish believers in the Sabbatical year:
At the end of seven years you will make a release. And this is the manner of the release: to release the hand of every creditor from what he lent his friend; he shall not exact from his friend or his brother, because the time of the release for the Lord has arrived. (Deuteronomy 15:1–2)
Personal debts are considered forgiven at sunset on the 29th of Elul. Since this aspect of shmita is not dependent on the land, it applies to Jews both in Israel and elsewhere. (Wiki)
....there is an intriguing phenomenon surrounding the date of Elul 29 on the Jewish calendar. As Rabbi Cahn discovered and spelled out in his book, The Harbinger, on this last day on the Jewish calendar in the last two Sabbatical Years, 2001 and 2008 (Sabbatical Years occur every seven years under Jewish tradition), two of the three largest point drops in the DJIA in stock market history occurred:
As pointed out in the section of my April (2012) blog dubbed, "The Mystery Of The Shmita & The Septennial Sabbatical Cycle", it's an incredible coincidence that two of the three largest point drops in the Dow struck on the last day of the seven-year Jewish Sabbatical cycle. In fact, statistically the odds of this occurring are more than a million to one.
So maybe God's trying to make a point with us. What point could that be?
This morning I had a lucid dream where I looked out the window in a large building and saw a huge mushroom cloud in the distance rising into the sky. As I looked out other windows I saw more. I felt utterly unprepared and was caught by surprise. Everyone around me was unresponsive in that they had no idea what to do.
Last night I was researching bomb shelters on the internet, so this might be why I had such a nightmare. This was not an "apocalyptic vision" like I experienced in February 1991 during the first Gulf War:
This was just a lucid dream.
The only reason I'm posting about it is that events in the Middle East appear to be moving rapidly and directly toward the initial part of my 1991 vision, i.e., a special report of a chemical SCUD missile attack on Israel. I read this article from Haaretz Israeli News upon awaking this morning:
Syria is making preparations to strike Tel Aviv in case Israel launches another attack on its territory, The Sunday Times reported on Sunday.
The Syrian army has begun deploying advanced surface-to-surface missiles, the report said, adding that it has received orders to strike central Israel in case additional attacks against Syria are carried out.
The Sunday Times said that the information was obtained by reconnaissance satellites that were tracking the Syrian forces. According to the report, Syria was deploying advanced Tishreen missiles which are capable of carrying a holf-ton warhead.
Israel, foreign media reported, was behind three attacks against targets in Syria in the past five months. The air raids, it was said, targeted shipments of weapons heading to Lebanon's Hezbollah.
Israel refused to officially confirm the recent attacks.
On Wednesday, The New York Times quoted a senior Israeli official warning of further attacks against Syria in case Bashar Assad decides to take action against Israel. The official also said Israel is determined to prevent any transfer of advanced weapons to Hezbollah.
Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah said that Syria would supply his organization with 'game-changing weapons' in response to recent air raids near Damascus attributed to Israel.
Another recent report claimed that Iran convinced Assad to allow Hezbollah to open a front against Israel in the Golan Heights and also agreed to supply and assist any group that wishes to fight Israel.
I've not really "prepped" for the coming nuclear war since I've given up hope that anyone here in America will heed my warnings and so I'd prefer to just go down with the ship, but maybe I'll stock up on some rice and pinto beans and stop by the local army/navy surplus store today...
In fact, what has formed is a rather ominous "diagonal triangle" that typically marks the end of a major upswing pattern in mass mood:
What's telling is that this Elliott Wave pattern has unfolded into the upper channel line of the rise in stock prices dating back to the Great Depression:
In a prophetic, religious context, think of this as representing the peak of Capitalism and Western Civilization, and the associated mass servitude, worship and "love" (valuation) of Mammon (wealth; greed). Indeed, this is well represented by America's modern-day "Golden Calf", the bronze Charging Bull statue by Wall Street:
[As to why Wall Street's mood swings in Elliott Wave fractal patterns and why seeming exogenous geopolitical shocks are connected to reversals from thousand mark psychological barriers in the DJIA, this is because history unfolds in a fractal pattern which implies that what we are collectively experiencing is holographic in nature. Stock index price patterns reflect the collective emotional response to history as it unfolds. What does this mean? I believe this corroborates the idea that the universe is a four-dimensional hologram etched onto the surface of the three-dimensional space we measure with our senses over time. This image, our story, is (has been?) authored by God, a point well made by how the historical cycles of sin and redemption are so perfectly patterned.]
What will happen in the wake of this peak?

Thus, I do not believe it is mere coincidence that just as we are topping around Dow 14K, there's news of an Israeli air-strike against Syria that might provoke a military response by Syria and/or Iran and/or Iran's proxy force of Hezbollah in southern Lebanon:
The presumed Israeli airstrike within Syrian territory on Wednesday has elicited threats of retaliation from both Syria and Iran. Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon Ali Abdul-Karim Ali, quoted at al-Ahd, a Hezbollah-run news website, contended that his nation could make “a surprise decision to respond to the aggression of the Israeli warplanes,” adding that ”Syria is engaged in defending its sovereignty and its land.” In Iran, a deputy foreign minister was quoted by English-language Press TV as saying the “strike on Syria will have serious consequences for Tel Aviv.” He did not elaborate. Two weeks ago a disturbing video was uploaded to the internet the purports to show Syrian "rebels" killing two rabbits with Sarin nerve gas. It was suppposedly a warning by the rebels that they have and are prepared to use chemical weapons in the struggle against Bashar Assad's regime.
As far as I can ascertain, the first copy of the video was uploaded to the pro-Assad YouTube channel, TheSyriatube. Soon thereafter a copy of the video was uploaded to the pro-Assad YouTube channel for the Syrian Tribune, but this time with English subtitles. The heading for the video is: "Syria Rebels testing Tekkim chemicals to use as chem weapons":
As the room is panned in the video, you see containers of chemicals like potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, urea, etc., none of which are used in the production of nerve agents like Sarin and VX. They are useful in producing explosives (potassium nitrate is a key ingredient for gun powder) but not chemical weapons.
What you have therefore is an amateurish attempt to associate Turkey (READ: NATO) with what comes next in the video.
Next, you see an individual wearing chemical warfare garments pour a liquid in a vial into a larger vial within a glass chamber containing two rabbits. A heavy gas the pours out of the container exposing the rabbits. Within a minute or so, the rabbits start convulsing and then die, a typical fatal mammalian reaction to exposure to Sarin gas which is produced by combining two liquids (isopropanol and methylphosphonyl difluoride) just as shown.

Thus, the purported Syrian rebel YouTube video does appear to show the use of Sarin nerve agent on two rabbits.
Now let's consider what misinformation the "rebel" video seeks to convey.
Iran's Fars News Agency reported on the video in an article dubbed, "MP: Chemical Attack by Rebels Much More Possible than by Syrian Gov't", which appeared days after after the video was posted:
On Sunday, a shocking video posted on YouTube and other Internet networks showed Al Qaeda terrorists who are active in Syria within the framework of the Free Syrian Army are preparing to use chemical weapons against Syrian Shiites. The video showed the group testing chemical weapons on lab rabbits.
On the video, it appeared to be a nerve gas that rebels used on the rabbits. Then about a minute later, the rabbits were seen having convulsions.
The person carrying out the test, said in the video, "You saw what happened? This will be your fate, you infidel Alawites, I swear by ALLAH to make you die like these rabbits, one minute only after you inhale the gas."
On Saturday, the Syrian Foreign Ministry had warned that the armed rebels might use chemical weapons against the civilian population and the Syrian army.
"Terrorist groups may resort to using chemical weapons against the Syrian people... after having gained control of a toxic chlorine factory in the Eastern Aleppo," Syria's state SANA news agency quoted the foreign ministry as saying
The ministry was believed to be referring to the Syrian-Saudi Chemicals Company (SYSACCO) factory near Safira near Aleppo, which was taken over earlier this week by the armed rebels from the terrorist group Al-Nusra Front, affiliated to the al-Qaeda.
It's been widely reported that the Al-Nusra Front had overtaken the Syrian-Saudi Chemicals Company (SYSACCO) "chlorine" factory near Safira, but there's conflicting reports as to whether or not chemical weapons are stored there. Near to this location is a known chemical weapons depot where SCUD missiles targeting Israel are also located that are tipped with chemical warheads. Since President Obama has even identified Al-Nusra as a terrorist group affiliated with al Qaeda, the prospect of Al-Nusra taking control of such a site is very alarming.
Of course, if such a sensitive site as Safira was to be overrun by rebel forces, you'd think Syria would put up a far more potent counterforce to defend it from occupation since losing their chemical weapons would mean rebel forces gaining access to weapons of mass destruction. At the least, you'd think Bashar Assad's forces would act to destroy any WMDs stored there to prevent there use by rebels.
Ultimately, however, I think this is all part of a setup for a war involving the use of chemical weapons by Syria ultimately against Israel. By hiding this under a seeming civil war in Syria, it's possible to make everything appear to be the "imperialist" West's fault....whether a chemical SCUD missile attack on Israel comes from the regular Syrian army or from al-Qaeda terrorists operating as rebels.
That everything is being lined up to blame the West for the mess that's being concocted is revealed by the following interview with the editor of the Syrian Tribune (the YouTube channel on which was posted the rabbit video with English subtitles above) that appeared on RussiaToday the day after the videos were uploaded to the internet:
Ultimately, the strategic objective is triggering a nuclear third world war and the destruction of Israel, America and the Western allies. Precisely how the global chess pieces will be played from Syria remains to be seen, but make no mistake about it. What your witnessing is NOT what it appears to be.

The stock market continued its downward spiral today in the wake of Tuesday's reelection of Barack Obama. The DJIA and Nasdaq Composite have now decisively broken below the psychologically important 13000 and 3000 marks, respectively. What's more, the DJIA and key S&P500 index have broken below their technically important 200-day moving averages:
The problem, as I've long been warning, is that the potential scale of an autumn panic this time around is far greater than what was experienced in 1929 and 1987. Robert Prechter, the "Elliott Wave Theorist", has for some time been warning that based upon the fractal-based Elliott Wave pattern, the stock market might be headed for a collapse of epic proportions. Indeed, the long-term chart pattern suggests we just entered what I've dubbed the "Apocalypse Wave" which could involve a 99%+ drop in stock prices:
So does this mean that major stock market crash is about to unfold? If so, why?
The DJIA just broke decisively below the psychologically important 13000 mark. As noted in my prior blogs, in years past when the DJIA has broken below key thousand mark psychological barriers major historical shocks have erupted such as the 1973 Yom Kippur Arab-Israeli War, Iraq's 1990 invasion of Kuwait and 9/11:
Similarly, is a major historical shock about to erupt at the current historical juncture? Will this shock come in the form of what I foresaw in February 1991, i.e., a third world war that begins with a chemical SCUD missile attack on Israel? Such a potential crisis certainly seems possible at the current juncture given recent news out of the Middle East of a flare-up in the Golan Heights between Syria and Israel as the insurgency in Syria seems to be spreading beyond that nation's borders:
Three Syrian mortar shells struck in and around an Israeli village on the Golan Heights Thursday, marking a significant deterioration of security conditions along the border.
One shell fell in between homes in Moshav Alonei Habashan, but did not explode. Two more hit closer to the border.
“We believe these are stray shells, fired in the midst of internal Syrian fighting,” an IDF spokeswoman said.
No one was injured in the incident, which follows other stray shootings, including Syrian bullets that struck an IDF jeep on patrol last week.
Home Front Defense Minister Avi Dichter said Israel needed “nerves of steel” to deal with the instability in Syria.
Then, of course, there's the possibility that Israel is planning to strike Iran's nuclear sites around the time of the 11/13 new moon/solar eclipse:
In my September 25th blog, I highlighted how we were entering the season most prone for major global panics to occur. In 1929 and 1987, this took the form of stock market crashes. In 1962 and 1973, this took the form of geopolitical crises that brought the world to the brink of nuclear war. As examined in my thesis on Manic Depressive Man, I believe this pattern reveals an underlying "Global Bipolar Disorder" that is shaping human history. What's more, it's possible this recurrent pattern is foreshadowing a future, nearly suicidal chapter of human history that might unfold during the "Fall".
In this light, my gravest concern is that the world will eventually share my "apocalyptic vision" of a global nuclear war that will begin with a chemical SCUD missile attack on Haifa, Israel. Could this occur at the current historical juncture? I'm afraid it's distinctly possible and, disturbingly, Israel seems to think it's possible as well.
My last blog noted news that Israel had placed Patriot missiles atop Mount Carmel overlooking the city of Haifa in northern Israel apparently in response to the Hezbollah's flight of an unmanned drone into Israeli territory last Saturday. This indicates that the IDF is concerned about the possibility of enemy missile strikes on Haifa in the near future.
While this story in and of itself is alarming, the news today of Israel's plan for a massive civil defense exercise, purportedly for an earthquake, is even more troubling. According to IsraelNationalNews.com:
Israel is planning a huge emergency drill for next week amid speculation and fears that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will order a unilateral strike on Iranian uranium enrichment facilities.
The drill tests the country’s ability to cope with an earthquake, and assumes hypothetical mass casualties of 7,000 dead, 70,000 wounded and 170,000 without a home.
The drill will also include a scenario simulating a toxic chemical leak at the northern coastal port in Haifa. This is the first time a Home Front drill has dealt with a natural disaster scenario as opposed to a war scenario.
Here's what may be telltale. Why is this "drill" being conducted as a response to an earthquake instead of as a war drill? Was a natural disaster selected as the purpose of the exercise in order to provide some sort of cover? If so, why? That the earthquake scenario involves such unprecedented casualties, i.e., 7000 dead and 70000 wounded, seems a tad odd for Israel which is rarely impacted by seismic disasters. What's more, the inclusion of simulating a "toxic chemical leak" seems strange, although this would make good sense if the intent is to put emergency services in place to deal with a real world chemical missile barrage on Israel. In other words, this unprecedented Israeli 'Home Front drill' seems geared to have in place and ready-to-go the domestic emergency resources that would respond to retaliation by Iran, Hezbollah, Syria and/or Egypt in the event of an all-out Middle East war that could be triggered by an IDF strike on Iran's nuclear facilities or a like situation.
Buttressing the concern that Israel is about to go to war is news of another massive military exercise scheduled for next week. As the Jerusalem Post reported two days ago:
The US and Israel will commence the largest-ever joint air defense drill of its kind in Israel on October 21, an army source said on Tuesday.
The exercise, named Austere Challenge 12, was originally scheduled for last spring but was postponed due to regional tensions with Iran.
On October 14, large numbers of American soldiers are expected to begin arriving in Israel, where they will set up aerial defense positions on Israeli territory and on US Navy vessels off the Israeli coastline.
The three-week drill will simulate various missile defense scenarios, and is expected to end with a live-fire interception of a decoy incoming Patriot missile.
One of the objectives of the drill is to facilitate the rapid deployment of US missile defense systems to Israel and test their ability to operate in conjunction with Israeli defense systems during a conflict.
Thus, Israel is also about to have all the military equipment and personnel in place needed to deal with air defense against an enemy missile barrage.
Finally, as reported by Zerohedge, an extra U.S. aircraft carrier and amphibious warship are about to arrive in the Arabian Sea thus placing maximum American naval forces around Iran just in time for the October 15th new moon:
The news surrounding the Middle East, particularly Iran and Syria, may come and go in waves, but for the most part it is loud political grandstanding, jawboning and largely noise. Or rather, it will be noise until these two catalytic events occur: the third US Aircraft carrier (CVN-74 Stennis) and the second big deck amphibious warfare ship (LHA-5 Peleliu), both dispatched as of several weeks ago with a destination the 5th US Fleet headquartered in Bahrain, reach their target - the Arabian Sea, located by the Straits of Hormuz and right next to Iran. As the following naval update map from Stratfor shows, both are now within a week of reaching their destination: conveniently so with at least two weeks to go until the presidential election. Needless to say, once on location, the naval and airborne support for any offensive operation, especially those launched during new moon cycles, will be simply suffocating.
Are the U.S. and Israel preparing for a strike on Iran around the time of the upcoming new moon on October 15th?
An Elliott wave "diagonal triangle" wave pattern appears to be completing this week potentially marking the end of Primary wave 2 up (the terminal 'c-wave' of an a-b-c corrective pattern). Primary wave 3 down, i.e., the 'Apocalypse Wave', is expected next. The diagonal triangle pattern indicates the reversal should be sharp and dramatic.
The actual pattern of Creation described by the Mayan calendar looks like a pyramid which consists of nine levels or cycles. The bottom level or cycle in the pyramid represents the longest period of time, i.e., 16.4 billion years ago and is called the Cellular level of Creation (first live cells). The second level or cycle from the bottom of the pyramid is 20 times shorter, i.e., 840 million years ago and is called the Mammalian level of Creation (first live births).
Continuing up the pyramid in this fashion with each level becoming 20 times shorter than the latter, the third level ,i.e., 41 million years ago is the Family level (family relationships). The fourth level, i.e., 2 million years ago, is the Tribal level (Homo Sapiens/tools). The fifth level, i.e., 102,000 years ago is the Cultural level (agriculture/religion). The sixth level, i.e., 5,116 years ago is the National level (sovereign nations/laws). The seventh level, i.e., 1755 AD is the planetary level (internet/global economy). The eighth level, January 4, 1999, is the Galactic level (ethical considerations). And the ninth level, i.e., February 10, 2011, is the Universal level (conscious co-creation).
We are co-creators in this universe, and with great power comes great responsibility.
So get with the program!

Q: Does energy from difficult alignments reveal itself in ways that go beyond financial markets?
A: In April 1986 we had a Lunar Eclipse conjunct Pluto. The close proximity with Pluto is rare. So we told subscribers, "If you don't feel this one, you're not alive!" We were prophetic, as the April 26th Chernobyl accident raised radiation levels worldwide.
By the way, we have another Lunar Eclipse conjunct with Pluto on June 26. Pluto “rules” nuclear power, debt, interest rates, and the use of force, say the astrologers. Maybe June 26 is the de facto start of the Cardinal Climax.
In November 1989, we observed a Saturn conjunct with Neptune, both opposite Jupiter to the day. This alignment happens every hundreds of years; i.e., it is extremely rare. Several days later the Berlin Wall fell.
In our July 1990 we told subscribers, “This will be one of the worst days of the century. There will be coercion, the use of force, a large explosion and heartlessness or cruelty August 2-7." On Aug. 2, Saddam Hussein unexpectedly attacked Kuwait. What alarmed me was the Lunar Eclipse forming another Grand Cross, this time with Mars opposite Pluto.
In the Market Watch section of the July 16th, 1990 issue of 'Barron's', there is an excerpt from the Crawford's investment letter:
"...Aug. 6 (Lunar Eclipse squares Mars + Pluto). Expect some major catastrophe on that last one, Aug. 2-7, as something explodes in a big way... Astronomically similar to the Chernobyl disaster..."
We are now entering the "Puetz eclipse crash window" associated with the upcoming lunar eclipse.
Several years back, a cycle watcher named Steve Puetz attempted to see if eclipses and market crashes were somehow related. He studied eight of the greatest crashes in financial history, from the Holland Tulip Mania of 1637 to the Nikkei of 1990. He found that market crashes tend to occur near full moons, and that the greatest number of crashes start after the first full moon after a solar eclipse, when that full moon is also a lunar eclipse. Puetz found that all eight crashes occurred six days before to three days after a full moon that occurred within six weeks of a solar eclipse. The odds of that being a coincidence, Puetz calculated, are less than 1 in 127,000.
Puetz was not saying that so-called "Puetz windows" always lead to crashes, but that if a crash is going to occur, a Puetz window would be the likely time frame in which it would happen. Puetz windows tend to occur every year or two, while crashes are rare events. (SOURCE)
He....concludes that a full moon in general and a lunar (eclipse) full moon close to solar eclipses, in particular, seem to be the triggering device that allows for the rapid transformation of investor psychology from manic greed to paranoia (SOURCE).
According to Arch Crawford, the upcoming lunar eclipse might mark "the de facto start of the 'Cardinal Climax'".
On August 1, give or take a week, we’ll have the most five-planet alignments in perhaps thousands of years. Known as the “Cardinal Climax,” this is the meanest, nastiest, most challenging and most transformational of any planetary phenomena in all of written history!
A: This is the view of the planets from New York City on Aug. 1, at 6am. We have the most planets in the tightest alignments and at the supposedly 'sensitive' Zero degrees of Cardinal signs. It makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up.
I looked at records going back to the 1800’s, and this is the most difficult alignment I found. When I was at a conference in Boston last month, someone said this was the most difficult alignment they have seen in the last "1,000 years." Another person told me this is the worst alignment in "10,000 years."
Q: What are possible consequences?
Worst cases include a nuclear accident. Nuclear war. Massive societal collapse. Maybe a pole flip, which can wipe out nearly everything.
Cardinal Climax is especially intimidating because of the proximity to the widely touted Mayan Calendar End Date. Plus, the Christians are looking for the Return of Jesus and/or the Rapture, the Muslims await the return of the umteenth Imam, the White Buffalo has been born, and Jews are fighting over the right to rebuild Solomon's Temple on the 'temple mount' in Jerusalem. These are all signs of “end times” by many different cultures.
The one thing most convincing to me is that there are more people alive on the planet today than all who have ever lived in recorded history. So it may be that every soul is on board for this event!
Thus, there was likely good reason that ancient civilizations developed astrological beliefs as they closely watched the stars, sun and moon (particularly in agrarian societies) and noted correlations with social phenomena over eons of history.
But even with the evidence in favor of astrology, I believe the correlation between astrological configurations and recent history has been too close and specific to be solely due to astroharmonics. Rather, I believe that one of the reasons astrology is effective at the current juncture is because people in positions of power are intentionally shaping history according to the stars. Thus, history is very much the fate that man makes for himself, even in the fulfillment of doomsday prophecies.

Why is it the folk who make this connection between modern history and prophecy seem to take glee in their understanding? After all, typically the ones who draw the connection are modern-day Christians who think it's great that the Jews have returned to their homeland because this means the Apocalypse is coming and, after they're swooped safely out of the way, the world will be laid asunder by God's wrath making way for Jesus to return and rule God's Kingdom on earth with an iron rod. Well....as I have long been pointing out, this deluded perspective is going to serve the purposes of the Evil One well.
If this ridiculous tragedy is to reveal that 'I am the Lord', then so be it. Let everyone grow up, lay down their arms and let's bring an end to this self-destructive, childish insanity for Christ's sake forthwith.
Major General Paul E. Vallely (Ret.) revealed sobering information regarding possible chemical and nuclear weapon activity by Iran and Hezbollah in an exclusive PJTV video. According to the retired Major General and sitting chairman of Save Our Democracy, Iran is planning a preemptive attack against Israel though its military proxy Hezbollah. A submarine in Beirut unloaded suspicious cargo that signaled the potential presence of chemical weapons. This news comes on the heels of Israel distributing gas masks to its 7.5 million citizens.
“Just in the last week, we have very definitive and confirmed information that Iran is planning a preemptive attack against Israel,” said Major General Vallely during the PJTV interview. ”The other event we just uncovered news on… is that a submarine docked in Beirut a little over a week ago. Soviet submarine with an Iranian flag.... Off-loaders had gas masks on and hazmat gear, indicating, to me, that some sort of chemical weapons were being offloaded from the submarine to the control of Hezbollah…. That’s why I call the summer of 2010 the tipping point for the Middle East.”

Of course, one question I have is why did Iran seemingly deliver chemical weapons to a Beirut port via a submarine with people dressed in HAZMAT suits wearing gas masks unloading the sensitive cargo. Obviously, this was geared to garner the attention of Israeli intelligence. I think I've already tapped on to why this would be.
An Apocalypse (Greek: Ἀποκάλυψις Apokálypsis; "lifting of the veil" or "revelation") is a disclosure of something hidden from the majority of mankind in an era dominated by falsehood and misconception, i.e. the veil to be lifted. In a rather common-sensical way the term is associated with an eschatological final battle, the Armageddon, and the idea of an end of the world due to out of time. On the evening of February 6th, I was watching television when suddenly a special report aired of a chemical SCUD attack on Israel. The report was apparently authentic with Tom Brokaw speaking with an NBC correspondent in Haifa. After the correspondent confirmed that chemical agents were definitely involved, Brokaw told the correspondent he should put his gas mask on.
Surprised that Saddam had launched such a provocative attack, I then went out and told others on the college dormitory floor where I lived at the time that Saddam had just hit Israel with chemical SCUDs. As I returned to the television to catch more news on the attack, I found nothing was being reported. When I awoke the next day, there was nothing in the newswires. All said and done, I discovered that no such report had aired at the time I saw it. (In fact, Israel went off alert around the time I saw the report because there had been no Iraqi SCUD attacks for some time.)
Immediately after this odd experience, I mentioned to Robert Prechter in a letter I was writing to him what I had seen. I speculated that I might had had a psychic vision of what would cause the Grand Supercycle collapse in the stock market we were expecting. Clearly an Iraqi chemical attack on Israel and a subsequent outbreak of some sort of new Arab/Israeli war would greatly upset investors' expectations and precipitate a large-scale decline in stock prices.
Soon after sending this letter to Mr. Prechter, I had another experience that apparently revealed the full danger we were facing.
Around February 12th of that year, I was with a friend who was interested in ancient prophecies that might be related to the Gulf War of that time. I took him to my dormitory room and, upon reading a Bible prophecy to my friend that I believe depicts a future nuclear war (the Seventh Seal prophecy in the eighth chapter of the Book of Revelation), we heard an air-raid siren followed by the bellowed percussion of a nuclear explosion. The experience was so real we rushed out of my dorm to the library and went to the subbasement where I contacted the fire department. When I asked the dispatcher whether or not there had been an explosion or siren, I was told nothing of the sort had occurred.
Coming so soon after my vision of a special report of a chemical SCUD attack on Israel, I concluded there must be a connection- the Grand Supercycle crash would involve an all-out war in the Middle East that would be followed by an all-out global war involving a nuclear holocaust.
From that moment on, my search began for what would lead to a Grand Supercycle crash in Western expectations via a nuclear third world war.
Thus, I discovered how the world has been utterly deceived by the authoritarian military powers of the East. Western expectations are being intentionally misled to irrational heights in order to open the way for an ultimate upset in the form of a surprise third world war.
